Real Estate Experience
My experience in real estate began in 1996. I researched real estate investment opportunities and have been very successful in helping private associates in locating and investing in real properties that generated positive income, with very profitable returns on investment.
Since moving to Carlsbad CA I decided to pursue my passion in offering my dedicated service to clients who are looking to buy or sell their home. It is very important to me to treat each representation with the highest regards. I count it a blessing that my business has grown steadily, thanks in part to referrals from my clients. It is truly a fine compliment when clients trust me enough to refer their family, friends, and associates to me.
Background & Education
My education background is in math. and computer science. Before moving to Carlsbad I worked in northern California in software development and technical support for a medical device company that manufactured a digital retinal imaging system for pediatric eye-care. My satisfaction came with giving quality service in helping the doctors provide better care for the little patients.
I enjoy the direct person to person interaction, and I like helping others. In today's high-tech world, my technical background is definitely an added advantage for my real estate clients, allowing me to be much more efficient in helping clients with searches, comparabeles, calculations, electronic forms and documents. I can combine the best of both worlds to offer excellent service for my clients.
